Delivery Time:

It typically takes 10–20 days for your order to arrive.

Order Processing:

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days.

Tracking:

We'll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days after placing your order, please contact us at support@first-keys.com.

Unexpected Delays:

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, postal delays, or holiday periods. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Failed Delivery:

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (First Keys) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any other costs the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
